The 2019 DOBOT Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge (DOBOT IMC) started officially in March and its first round of international competitions enclosed with successes in Japan and Mexico, followed by the second round in May with a dedicated workshop in Hong Kong and a regional competition in Korea. Participants from South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, and etc. all showed great enthusiasm and capabilities to battle for the opportunities to compete in Beijing.

The 2nd WRC Symposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA 2019) will be held as a special technical meeting during the 2019 World Robot Conference (WRC), Beijing, China, August 20 to August 25. Organized by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and Beijing Municipal People’s Government, the first WRC was held in 2015, and has since then continued to grow into the world’s largest-scale and top-level conference for academics and industrialists in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence fields.
