Celebrating Ingenuity Across the Classroom
We received a wide range of creative, thoughtful, and technically impressive projects during the 2025 Dobot Video Contest. While only one project could be selected as the winner, we were truly inspired by every submission we received. Below are five standout entries that showcase how educators and students are using Dobot robots to solve problems, automate tasks, and bring STEM education to life.
Thank you to all the classrooms that participated — your work is making a real impact!
Automotive Factory Simulation – Submitted by Jamie Cuyler
“We are using the Dobot to simulate an automotive factory. It has four robots, two conveyors and completes the assembly of the car in under 2 minutes. It is part of our Computer Integrated Manufacturing class.”
Building with Dobot + VEX – Submitted by Matthew Nelson
“Students had to design the vehicle to be assembled, 3D print it, and integrate the Dobots with Vex V5.”
Dobot Sandwich Assembly – Submitted by Giacomo Alessandroni
“The assembly of a sandwich is carried out using some Dobot Magician robots and a handling line. The (long) experiment was a complete success.”
Sweet Robot – Submitted by Gustav Haller
“This video was made while planning a special lesson on Girls Day 2025 at the Junior Research Center in Sindelfingen/Germany. The title was, “With Robby to the Chocolate Universe.””
Thank You to All Who Participated
We’re incredibly proud to support educators and students who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Dobot robotics. These submissions reflect a growing movement to bring automation and hands-on engineering experience into the classroom — and we can’t wait to see what you create next.
